At Green PC World, we strive to provide quality IT rental services, refurbished IT equipment, and responsible e-waste management solutions. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. IT Rental Services

Order Cancellation

  • Rental orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
  • Once the equipment has been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply depending on the order status and logistics costs.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled rental orders, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Security Deposit

If a refundable security deposit is collected, it will be returned after:

  • Successful return of the equipment.
  • Inspection for physical damage.
  • Verification that all accessories are included.

Any repair or replacement costs due to damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit.


2. Product Sales

Return Eligibility

Products purchased from Green PC World may be eligible for return if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged during shipping.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Products sold as “Final Sale.”
  • Software licenses or digital products.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, installation charges, or service fees (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. E-Waste Services

E-waste collection, recycling, and disposal services are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed.

If you need to cancel a scheduled pickup, please contact us before the scheduled collection time.
